Our return policy enforces all returns to be made within 30 days of receipt. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange, subject to warranty.   
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Should the goods show traces of wear or further damage (if damaged already) as a result of improper use, you will not be entitled to a refund and we reserve the right to demand compensation for return shipping to you. The item must also be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, only exchanges.  Refunds are limited to defects and damage only. The sizes and the method of measurement are shown on the website’s product pages and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have selected the correct size.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially sent. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund shows up. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please try to contact us under the same email thread as our email response to your initial query. Alternatively, contact us here.

Sale Items (if applicable)

We offer refunds on sale items for the full amount of the purchase price at the date of purchase only.

Special Order Items (if applicable) 

All special order items (if currently being sold), such as engraved products, are non-refundable.  We will not be held liable for errors as a result of customer instructions or specifications.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you return your product due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, we can offer you an exchange. 


To return your product, make sure you include a copy of your invoice (this would have been emailed to you upon purchase) and mail these to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you exchange your item for a less expensive product and receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
